Generating Leads For Your Business

There are plenty of people who want to make you think that they are the be all and end all of business on the Internet and without their latest gizmo you're not going to suceed. Every day there is the promise that you have just found the latest secret to Internet riches.

Well that may or may not be true but one thing is for sure that without a constant supply of new blood your business opportunity is not going anywhere. That is a fact of life,  just as  high street shops need to make sales on a daily basis an online business whether it be a conventional one affiliate or mlm needs to do the same.

So How do we do it?

Having been in business for more than thirty years and online for at least ten I can honestly say there is no quick way to riches. A constant and peristant attitude with the will to keep going when others quit is the key. We are in a marathon not a sprint.

The Internet offers us the opportunity to spread our wings across the Globe. Finding an opportunity that you are happy with is one thing the next is to find a reliable source of leads for our business. This is no easy task. Companies run exhibitions, advertise locally, nationally, on radio, on tv, in magazines and have sales reps cold calling.

What for?

To generate sales and leads.......

If you are not in the fortunate position of having a massive advertising budget then you have to move with extreme caution. It is easy to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars with little or no results. I have over the years tried most forms of advertising and lead generation and know how difficult it can be for someone just starting out or on a limited budget.

There are a few Internet businesses that offer extremely good value for money and if you start searching on your own which you can do by just going to Google and typing in Lead Generation you will find plenty. The question is which ones deliver and not just occasionally but consistently.

Watch out for the scams there are plenty about, check to see if there is a contact name, phone number and address. Are there any testimonials from satisfied customers? Even with all this there is no guarantee.

I have used  many and have found three that I use on a regular basis, so it would be a good starting point.

Guaranteed signups is my first choice for a number of reasons, cost is paramount and leads can be Global or country specific, what you pay for is what you get. So if you order 500 leads that is exactly what you get.

The next two are Getreponse and Rent a list. Now Get reponse also has an autoresponder and requires a bit more of a learning curve but is first class. Rent a list gets people to your site but no guarantees of signups but the reponse is good. You are free to do your own research into lead generation, but you will need one to ensure you have a supply of eager to buy customers for your opportunity
