Affiliate Programs
With so many affiliate programs available it can difficult to know which ones to choose. Over the years we have tried so many. Some have been fantastic and long term money earners whilst others have been mediocre at best and many a complete loss. So it is with a sense of achievement that the ones listed here have been proven to work over time. Follow the links on the left navigation bar for further information on each of the programs.
If you have an existing website with a theme then it's best to stick with affiliate programs that work with that theme. Using programs that are completely out of context does not give the same results. If you intend building many websites to generate an income than you have much more of a choice. Domain names and hosting is so cheap these days that you can afford to test the market on several different fronts.
Many large companies do not always make it obvious to the casual surfer that they offer an affiliate program. Companies such as BT and eBay offer affiliate programs which can be very rewarding if used correctly. Working with these companies gives a level of confidence that you may not get with some other affiliate programs. They usually go through third parties such as Commission Junction, Affiliate Window,Tradedoubler or in the case of ebooks Clickbank , so you will have to register with them first.
Multi Level Marketing
MLM, otherwise called networking has been with us for years, but for many people they look upon MLM as something completely Alien and unsustainable, yet tens of thousands of people continue to make an extremely good living from it.
Multi Level Marketing should not be confused with the dreaded 'Pyramid System' as this has been illegal for years. You should do your homework before joining any affiliate or mlm company. Do not fall for the 'make a 'million in one month' or the promise of easy money and huge payouts for an investment of $20 or chain letters etc. etc. MLM is not a join once do nothing business, it requires work like any other business, but if you put in the effort and choose the right company then the rewards will far outway the effort.
