Michael Aucoin

Michael has been around business since the age of 21 and grew up in Surrey in the South East of England. After leaving school at  the age of 15 started as an apprentice locksmith. At the age of 30 started up his own business with his father-in-law and a long time friend, and together built a successful business which he later sold in 1996.

During this period Michael was introduced to network marketing and was bitten by the bug, and decided to take this route to financial independence. Computers too made a big impact on his life and the combination of using the Internet and network marketing was irresistable.

Michael has had extensive experience with offline and online MLM companies, some succesful and others not so, but learned so much from other experienced networkers. Having travelled abroad extensively to several countries, all the time gaining knowledge from people at the top of their game.

This experience was invaluable to help him improve his people and sales skills which are both important requirements for any business to succeed, offine or online. Realising that the only way to true financial freedom and retirement is to have a substantial amount of continual passive income every month, and the potential of the Internet combined with networking gives the opportunity to do just that. 

Michael and his wife Jacky continue to live in the south of England just a few minutes from the beach. Having raised two boys whom they love and cherish dearly, both having flown the nest Michael now enjoys working from home and spending time with his family when he's not working. 

Paul Monks

For many years, Paul was climbing up the Corporate ladder, where 'dog eats dog' and he was working ridiculously long hours to impress his bosses in the Corporate 'rat race'.  He was spending hours stuck in traffic day-after-day following someone's exhaust pipe to and from work and thinking...there's got to be something better than this?

Then a friend told him about Network or Referral Marketing and how simple it was to set up a home-based business which could be worked part-time! Paul also discovered 'residual income' which is where you do the work once properly and you get paid over and over again for it!!

For several years, Paul has studied team building and helping people to achieve their goals and dreams!

Having read lots of books and attended many Business Seminars listening to 'Quality' Presenters and Speakers who are all highly successful, Paul began to realise that the only way to true financial freedom and retirement is to have a substantial amount of residual income every month. The potential of the Internet, combined with Networking/Referral Marketing gives the opportunity to do just that.
